Shipping

We will strive to get all online orders shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for us to process your order (lead time) before shipping. We will ship to you via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, with delivery occurring within 1-3 business days after BHS’ lead time.

 

Tracking information will be e-mailed once the order has been dispatched. Delays of the shipment may occur if we are not able to fill all the items in your order due to back-orders. If this happens, we will contact you via e-mail during the first 1-3 business days of our lead time.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Only online merchandise damaged during shipping can be returned for a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email us at museum@burbankhistoricalsoc.org within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Please include the following in your email:

    1. In the subject line, please type “Merchandise damaged during shipping”

    2. Your full name

    3. Date you placed the order

    4. Description of the merchandise that was damaged

    5. Attach a copy of your online receipt as proof of purchase

  3. Return the damaged merchandise to:

Upon receipt of your return, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of receiving your return.
